Built for big cargo, the Keeper® 27 ft. Heavy-Duty Ratchet Tie-Down’s 3 in. Hi-Test® webbing is composed of three layers of high tenacity yarn to protect and provide strength. The face, back, and edge layers provide the webbing with abrasion and weather protection, and the center, or warp yarns, provide the strength. The flat hooks easily secure into thin, flat anchor points, such as the sides of a flatbed trailer or stake pockets.
