Reinforced Wax Seal with Flange and Bolts. The “reinforced” wax ensures that the wax does not break free from itself or breaks away from the surfaces it is binding to or when the wax is being applied to the toilet and flange. This reinforcement allows the wax to stay intact and make a good seal.
